We try to offer - together with you - an outstanding culinary experience.
We motivate participants to prepare typical dishes of their country of origin. Over the last few years we could always offer international dishes from Monday to Friday.
Let us know if you already have ideas about your local dishes you would like to prepare..
Therefore:
Some of you will be asked at the camp to prepare your preferred dishes.
You can already get in contact prior to the camp to address your ideas.
Be ready to allow us to publish your preferred dished on this page. Participants might repeat your delights.
Shopping of exeptional ingrediences ... ?
We have a more than 20 years experience in providing even the "impossible" in quality and quantity. Contact the camp to learn about our shopping capabilites. Do not care too much about the quanties required. All quanties are extrapolated by Max granting the right quantities (in almost all cases). He will ask you all questions about ingrediences and equipment required. He owns a outstanding collection of international cookery books ready to browse.
Equipment in the kitchen ... ?
The kitchen has six hot plates and two ovens. In addition we have a tiltable frying pan of about 40 liters. All necessary cutting and mixing devices for large quantities are available. Oven capacity is limited but additional capacity can be provided.
