1. Confirmation... ?
The confirmation is forwarded to you via e-mail.
The confirmation is made either in a batch or individually.

Valid senders are ( info@campengelberg.ch) or ( max@flueeler.com)
Confirmation includes a reference to be used for payment.

This reference is important for easy reconciliation of your payment.
We also ask you to use the reference for all inquiries sent to us.

Confirmation is depending on vacancy. Confirmation will be made depending on the number of volunteers.

The picking order is:
1. students at swiss universities
2. other students from abroad
3. others not meeting the above criteria

Payment ... ?
Payment is due after receiving our confirmation.
In case of press of participants, we reserve the right to log out confirmed participants where payment is missing.

Payment is to www.campengelberg.ch.
We will inform you about the mode of payment when confirming your inscription.
Please inform us immediately about delayed payment.
No-show without early notice is unfair and does not allow to invite participants on the waiting list.

Do not pay cash at the post office. The fees are very high and transfer to our account is very slow. Pay either by banktransfer or cash at any UBS counter.

Your deposit receipt... ?
Keep your deposit receipt and be already to present the receipt at your arrival. .

Our receipt for payment ... ?
Some of the participants get ar refound at their university. Please ask for a receipt and confirmation of participation when arriving at the camp.
In addition we provide your universities with a summary including your participation.

Early departure ... ?
If you already plan an early departure please let us know immediatly.
Only your notice and confirmation together with the booking can can result in a refund of variable cost. Please note that a refund of skiing ticket requires a confirmation of a MD.This is stipulated in the general terms and conditions of the company operating the skiresort.

Late departure on saturday... ?
Weather is perfect and snowconditions would ask for additional few days at the camp.

• We cannot confirm any extention of your stay.
• If you were provided with equipment from www.campengelberg.ch you are asked to return the equipemt by 14:00 at the latest (This is not applicable for week 3 where equipment cannot be provided for saturday.)
• Beginners are not allowed to enter into the resort without being escorted by a instructor.
• The skipass for saturday is not included in the package. We provide additional days on request at a special "extention rate".

9. Early arrival ... ?
Few participants would already like to arrive Friday evening.

• Early arrival including Saturday skiing is only possible for participants with good skiing skills and their own equipment.
• Early arrival is not possible for participants of the first week.
• Early arrival has to be communicated and confirmed by us at least one week in advance.
• Cost for Friday arrival and Saturday skiing are not included in the package of the camp.
